How does Try Before You Buy work?

Pick a product: Add up to 5 items to your cart to try on at home.
Try it on: Once your items are delivered to your home, your 5 day trial period begins.
Decide: If you love it, keep it! At the end of your trial period, keep what you like and send back the rest using the prepaid shipping label. You will only be charged for what you keep*

*A restocking fee of $20 will be charged if all items in your order are returned.

How many items can I try at once?

You can try up to 5 items or a $500 or less shopping cart total.

How long is the Trial Period?

The Trial Period starts 5 days from when all your Try Before You Buy items are delivered.

All trial items are for in house use only and must be returned in like new condition to qualify for a refund.

How do I keep or send back my Try Before You Buy item(s)?

At the end of your Try Period, if we do not hear from you then we know you loved your item(s) and you will be automatically charged.

If you want to send back an item, visit your emailed customer portal and click the Send Back button next to the item in your email.

Can I checkout with an item I want to buy upfront and a TBYB item?

Yes, absolutely. Simply select the 'Pay Today' button for items you want to purchase and the & 'Try Before You Buy' button for items you want to trial.

When does my trial period start?

Your Try period starts when all of the items from your Try Before You Buy order are delivered.

Can I return the item even after I decide to keep it?

If you change your mind and want to return it - no problem.

As long as it falls within our return period, you can initiate a return the same way you would do so with a regular return with us by sending a message through our chat or your account.

Do I have to pay for returns shipping?

Returns shipping for any items you do not wish to keep is covered by Utah Jazz Team Store.

You will only incur a $20 restocking fee if ALL items in your Try Before You Buy order are returned.

If you keep at least 1 item, the $20 restocking fee is waived.

How do I track my order?

You can find the tracking information for your order in the shipping confirmation email that is sent as soon as your items are fulfilled.

Your order will ship as soon as the order is finished being prepared and you will receive an email to confirm.
